Inbound (Asia to YUL) is a different dataset entirely: 12 ASEAN/India origins already have populated, carrier-confirmed routes landing at YUL in route-data.json today. The two directions aren't symmetric in our current data, and we're not going to pretend they are just because they share an airport.
